Assistant Finance Officer
Key
responsibilities will include:
- Preparation, review and submission of CBK reports
- Reconciliation of accounts payables, receivables, inter-branch
and inter-group ledgers on a weekly basis.
- Preparation of the business unit cost allocation report.
Quarterly basis.
- Banking industry analysis; Ensure accuracy in data capture
and presentation of the same.
- Oversee and ensure for correctness, payments to suppliers,
withholding of Vat/Tax and timely submission of the same
to regulatory authorities
- Maintenance of the prepayments worksheet.
- Provide expenses breakdown for the Management Accounts.
- Assist in end month expense provisions and posting of
month end entries.
-Support the Finance Officer
Knowledge
and Skills requirements:
- Degree in Business or
- Accounting (CPA/ ACCA qualification)
- 2 year experience in a similar position in the bank
- Computer Literate with a special focus on Excel
- Focused and with good organizational skills
- Good time management skills
- Accurate and attentive to details
