Finance Manager

Key responsibilities will include:

>Maintain the integrity of the General Ledger
>Responsible for timely and accurate reporting to the Central Bank of Kenya
> Responsible for timely and accurate reports for submission to Management and Board of Directors
> Preparation of Group Management reports for the Group EXCO and Group Board of Directors
> Preparation of Budgets
> Continuously build efficiencies through automation and process reviews
> Implementation and compliance with the tax regulation and adhere to the payment deadlines
> Co-ordinate internal and external audits and information requests from stakeholders
> Training and development of assigned staff
> Payroll and statutory returns/deductions
> Authorize payments within limits provided
> Deputize the Group Head of Finance

Knowledge and Skills requirements:

> Degree in Business or
> Accounting (CPA/ ACCA qualification)
> 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a bank
> Excellent computer and analytical skills
