Fina Bank

Rwanda and looking to grow to Uganda and Tanzania. The bank
is currently implementing transformation programs with the
goal of providing banking services and enhancing development
and partnership with entrepreneurs across the region. This
transformation is aimed at building a high performance institution

order to serve our SME market.

Fina Bank Student Internship
Program
As Fina Bank Rwanda expands and reviews its product profile
we have identified a need to increase our skill levels to
support this process. We would like to work closely with
the Rwanda student community in Kenya, provide them with
training opportunities and an understanding of banking through
our internship program. To this end we are able to offer
up to 4 internship places to Rwandese students in Kenya
for placement with Fina Bank over the holidays.
We are also able to provide internship placements with
Fina Bank Rwanda in the event that some of the students
would wish to return to Rwanda over their holidays.
Skills requirements
Fluent communication in either English or French and Kinya-rwanda
is an additional advantage. Ability to think outside the box
and to display initiative and excellence in their work is
a must. Successful candidates should be willing to relocate
and work in Rwanda
