You may apply for a free ATM Card at your local branch while opening an account. You may also apply for an ATM replacement card at a fee.
What is the ATM Withdrawal limit at Fina Cash ATMS?
Rwf 150,000. You may however apply for your limit to be extended.
What is the ATM branch network in Rwanda?
Fina Bank is currently linked to the Simtel network offering ATM access countrywide.
How long are your ATM cash points open?
24 hours.
Can we deposit cash in your ATM’s?
No. We do not provide this service.
How do I record transactions performed with the ATM card?
The ATM disburses receipts upon request. All transactions completed with your card will appear on your monthly statement showing the transaction details i.e. location, date and amount of the transaction.
